I am a life-long Democrat who got more involved with the party locally in 2016. In 2018, I became an elected Precinct Committee person. At the 2020 Coles County Democratic Convention, I was elected County Chair. I am the Program Director at WEIU-TV, located at Eastern Illinois University. My daughter, Zoey, attends EIU as a Political Science major with a Pre-Law minor. She currently serves as the Model Illinois Government Secretary of State. My wife, Jennifer, who is also involved in the party, is a local small business owner and serves on the Board of Directors at Mattoon Haven. My goals are to strengthen the Democratic Party in Coles county and give help and support to our local candidates and citizens. colesdems@gmail.com
